Shipping Guide
1.All our products are free of postage, free shipping countries: the United States, Sweden, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Spain, Canada, the United Kingdom, France (the preferential countries will be added one after another, and we are looking forward to it，Purchases and free shipping are not available in other countries)
2. Shipping methods
we will ship by International packages/EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT, or we will shipping by the sea, if the order cubage is more than 1 stere, that depending on the area you live in.
3. Discount of postage
We are the vip of most international express company, we can have Preferential cheaper price of the shipping. For example: we are the vip of EMS, then we can get 30% discount from the post office of the total.
4. Shipping & delivery time
After you place an order, we will check your order first and then send the invoice to you within 24 hours. And as our old wholesalers,(order from us before.) we will check your order Priority, and get the items we have stock ready for you first, and then send the invoice to you include the Accurate postage. So that after you pay, and we will send it to you within 1 working day. And as the new wholesalers, general we could send your parcel to you within 2 working days.
General it takes 7-12 working days to all the world by DHL/Fedex/UPS , depending on the area you live in, and it takes 10-15 working days by EMS (except Russia).
Package maybe delay because of the shortage of goods. It usually take 3-15 days to replenish the stock. We will send email to you once the item is out of stock, and no processes will done until your reply. We can offer exchange or cancel service for you according your will.
